ZEVR Series
The ZEVR series from Banico Controls includes fast-acting, normally closed gas solenoid valves with built-in flow adjustment. These valves ensure safety and efficiency while giving precise regulation of natural gas, propane and LPG in feed pipelines. They fit easily into gas proving and interlock systems and give reliable control for industrial and commercial applications.

The ZEVR solenoid valves deliver long-term reliability even in demanding conditions. The valve body and flanges use die-cast aluminium for strength, and stainless steel internal parts like the filter and spring prevent corrosion. Hydrocarbon-resistant NBR seals tested under UNI 4916-74 give leak-proof performance.
Class F coils allow continuous duty and can rotate 360° for easy installation. The coil temperature rise reaches about 70 °C, and the IP54 protection keeps the valve safe from dust and moisture.
You can install the valves within ±90° of the vertical pipeline. The built-in flow adjuster helps set the gas flow during commissioning without extra regulators. These features make ZEVR valves a cost-effective and safe choice for gas control.
